This was our first ever brief from Tide. In partnership with Mastercard Tide tasked us to produce a series of short animations to highlight the direct benefits of opening a business account with Tide, time. This was a direct response campaign targeting entrepreneurs. Since opening an account with Tide takes minutes in comparison to their highstreet competitors (often taking weeks) we focused on getting this USP message across as simply and directly as possible. With a very limited budget we managed to pull a few tricks out of the bag.
Since the campaign is all about time saving, we decided to use stop motion. This provides a lovely filmic aesthetic at 12fps and plays with time in such a charming way. The campaign was a huge success, especially around the Christmas period, amassing several million views.
